Full Stack Developer (AI)

Location: Remote (any location); company based in New York, NY, US

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year, plus bonus structure

hirify.global is an early-stage SaaS startup building audio advertising intelligence, media planning, measurement, and attribution products for brands, agencies, publishers, and media buyers.

What you will do

• Build and enhance full-stack features in the Ruby on Rails application in collaboration with operations and sales.
• Direct AI coding agents by defining problems and constraints, reviewing generated code, and owning the final result.
• Improve system and code quality through TDD, refactoring, design specifications, ADRs, and product documentation.
• Extend internal tooling, including skills, subagents, CLI helpers, and repeatable agent workflows.
• Build AI-facing product surfaces such as the Ad Intelligence MCP server, including authentication, policy gates, and audit logging.
• Improve frontend usability, troubleshoot Postgres and ClickHouse performance and logic issues, provide operational support, and prototype opportunities through scripting, SQL exports, web scraping, and hackathons.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in Agile web development, including practices such as TDD and refactoring.
• Fluency working with AI coding agents day to day, or a clear appetite to adopt them; must review agent output rather than trust it blindly.
• Clear writing skills for specifications, ADRs, and documentation read by non-engineers.

Nice to have

• Ruby on Rails, ClickHouse, or Python experience.
• Experience designing MCP servers or other LLM-facing APIs.
• Background in ad tech.
• NYC-based.
• Interest in podcasting.
