Cost Coordinator (Power BI)

Location: Miguel Hidalgo, Distrito Federal, Mexico; hybrid workplace with in-person work Monday through Thursday and remote work available on Flexible Fridays.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate and consistent cost data in Oracle ERP across raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing cost structures.
• Develop Power BI dashboards covering costs, manufacturing expenses, profitability, pricing changes, and key business indicators.
• Analyze manufacturing cost performance, trends, and variances, and provide recommendations for operational decisions.
• Create cost simulations and financial models covering raw material prices, packaging costs, manufacturing expenses, and exchange rates.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to produce indicators, profitability metrics, and project insights.
• Partner with teams on product costs, new product development, optimization projects, specification changes, data governance, and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Data Science, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial cost analysis.
• Experience in business intelligence, profitability analysis, data modeling, financial analysis, and performance analytics.
• Experience developing executive dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Technical proficiency with Power BI, complex Excel functions, cost analysis, and manufacturing costing.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP, DAX, and Power Query.
