Electronics Engineer (Hardware)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development of complex digital, analog, and mixed-signal devices from concept to mass production.
• Architect system-level hardware solutions and select components based on cost, performance, and availability.
• Design multilayer PCBs with a focus on signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC/EMI compliance.
• Perform advanced measurements, debug complex hardware issues, and analyze results using high-end laboratory equipment.
• Develop design-for-testing and design-for-manufacturability guidelines, and conduct schematic and PCB layout reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and share hardware development best practices.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Electronics, Radio Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven commercial experience in hardware development.
• Deep knowledge of analog circuitry, including low-noise and precision design, and digital high-speed circuitry.
• Strong experience with microcontroller-based embedded systems and C/C++ programming for hardware validation and bring-up.
• Expert-level experience with Altium Designer, including high-density interconnects and complex routing.
• Practical experience with EMI/EMC mitigation and preparing devices for CE/FCC certification.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
• The position is suitable for people with disabilities and veterans with relevant experience.

Nice to have

• DSP or FPGA experience with Verilog/VHDL.
• Python or LabVIEW experience for test automation.
• Familiarity with RF design basics or BLE, Wi-Fi, or LoRa modules.
• Knowledge of thermal management in electronics.
