Python Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote in Poland; Wrocław, Poland

What you will do

• Develop new features and improve existing backend services.
• Explore, build, and validate proof-of-concepts while collaborating with engineering teams.
• Design and implement data collectors and ETL processes integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Build and manage serverless infrastructure with AWS CDK, Lambda, and related services.
• Develop and maintain web dashboards for data visualization and integrate AI and LLM capabilities into internal tools.

Requirements

• Strong Python backend development skills, including asyncio and aiohttp.
• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless, including Lambda, CDK, RDS, S3, and SQS/SNS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, continuous delivery, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in data engineering, including scraping, ETL, and data pipelines.
• Experience with AI productivity tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in distributed teams.
• Good written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM integration, prompt engineering, and internal tooling.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML to support full-stack requirements.
