HR Manager, Facilities

Location: On-site at the Pennsylvania facility in Harrisburg, PA, with quarterly travel to the Roanoke, TX facility.

Base salary: $100,000–$130,000 plus bonus, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Build and run scalable onboarding, including paperwork, E-Verify, culture training, and conversion processes for high-performing temporary workers.
• Own payroll processing, HRIS changes, compliance, offboarding, performance documentation, exit interviews, and termination support.
• Co-lead recruiting for hourly employees and supervisors at the Pennsylvania facility in partnership with Operations leadership.
• Serve as the first-line employee relations partner, conducting investigations and documenting outcomes.
• Deliver quarterly competitive compensation analysis for both facilities and run engagement and retention programs.
• Improve HR systems and reporting for warehouse operations while maintaining relationships and compliance across both sites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct support for hourly, warehouse, or manufacturing populations.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to give hard feedback in both languages.
• Practical employee relations experience, including investigations, performance documentation, and difficult conversations.
• Hands-on experience with payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
• Experience recruiting hourly and supervisory roles at volume, with demonstrable results.
• Proficiency with HR tools including an HRIS, E-Verify, Greenhouse, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Discretion and strong judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• People-first, direct, solution-oriented approach with the judgment to make decisions without established handbook guidance.
