What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s social handle with full creative and executional control.
• Develop, shoot, edit, caption, publish, and iterate platform-native short-form content independently.
• Build repeatable formats and franchises designed for organic sharing, remixing, and measurable virality.
• Track food, entertainment, and internet culture trends and act on relevant moments in real time.
• Use platform analytics and audience signals to guide rapid creative decisions and improve content.
• Develop scalable content systems, support on-camera talent including chefs, and represent the brand’s public voice.

Requirements

• Verifiable experience building a social following from scratch to meaningful scale through organic, non-paid growth.
• A portfolio demonstrating breakthrough content and measurable virality.
• Hands-on ability to shoot and edit platform-native short-form video independently, both on camera and behind the lens.
• Experience operating autonomously and entrepreneurially; creator, founder, or lean-team experience is strongly preferred over purely corporate or agency-only backgrounds.
• Fluency in social platform mechanics, culture, trends, and emerging formats.
• Comfort with ambiguity and speed, with a bias toward shipping over process and polish.
• Genuine interest or fluency in food and culinary culture.
• Data literacy sufficient to interpret platform analytics and audience insights independently.
