Data Analyst

Location: Sacramento, CA, US; temporary hybrid

hirify.global is hiring for a temporary hybrid data analytics role.

What you will do

• Perform exploratory analysis and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Query and analyze data using SQL, Google Cloud Platform, and BigQuery.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, with basic administration.
• Investigate data integrity issues such as missing or null data and drive resolution with data owners.
• Support data governance, data quality, troubleshooting, and ETL/data transformation processes within Salesforce environments.
• Communicate findings and manage stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of Data Analyst experience with strong SQL skills.
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau; Power BI is also relevant.
• Strong Salesforce experience, including reporting, dashboards, and basic administration.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery for querying and analyzing data.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and troubleshooting data issues.
• Ability to perform exploratory analysis and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Data Cloud/Data360 experience.
• MuleSoft experience is not required but is welcome.
• Exposure to ETL/data transformation processes within Salesforce environments.
