Lead Network Operations Engineer (Direct Hire)

Location: 100% onsite in La Mirada, California, United States

Salary: $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise network operations staff and oversee day-to-day incident triage.
• Manage service-level agreement activities and operational procedures.
• Train team members on processes and procedures.
• Act as a working supervisor, stepping in hands-on when team members are absent.
• Perform hands-on network operations work as approximately 20% of the role.

Requirements

• Strong ISP NOC knowledge is the most important qualification.
• Extensive network operations and network engineering experience; candidates with 10 years of pure network engineering experience may be considered.
• Experience supervising operations staff and managing incident triage and SLAs.
• Inquisitive approach and willingness to explore and investigate further.
• Must be available for 100% onsite work in La Mirada, California.
• Education and certifications are open and not required; experience is prioritized.
• Direct-hire employment only; C2C and third-party candidates will not be considered.
