Early Career Intern - Global Product Innovation & Enablement (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; must work in the Atlanta office at least four days per week.

Compensation: $37/hr.

What you will do

• Complete assigned projects, attend team meetings, and present findings to management.
• Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and documentation for the Business Management Team.
• Support innovation initiatives across AI, automation, data, digital tools, and process improvement.
• Champion existing AI technologies to streamline manual processes, improve analysis, and share effective practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve product data tracking and visualization, including contributing to Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Investments, Distribution, and other business functions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, rising Junior, with graduation by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• All majors are welcomed, with emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business-related fields.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and asset management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in the Atlanta office four days per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, CPT, and other immigration sponsorship or benefit support are not provided.
• Relocation and housing are not included if an offer is extended.

Nice to have

• Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking experience.
• Experience prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of AI applications such as chatbots and predictive analytics.
• Experience with Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Studio and CoWork.
• Intermediate proficiency with Python, SQL, Power BI, Bloomberg Terminal, R Studio, or Excel.
