AI Engineer (Agent Specialist) (AI/LLM): Designing and deploying intelligent AI agents, autonomous workflows, machine learning models, and production infrastructure with an accent on agent orchestration, LLM application patterns, cloud platforms, and scalable model serving. Focus on building production AI agents, integrating automation into client workflows, evaluating advanced techniques, and advising teams on adoption.
Location: Tavros, Attica, Greece; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Design, build, optimize, and deploy AI-driven agents and autonomous workflows.
- Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models for production use.
- Architect data pipelines, model-serving infrastructure, and agent orchestration components.
- Lead experimentation, research, and prototyping of AI techniques and agent frameworks.
- Advise internal teams and external clients on automation opportunities and deliver AI agents tailored to their workflows.
- Integrate AI capabilities into applications and platforms while ensuring performance, reliability, scalability, and cost awareness.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Production experience building and deploying at least 3 AI agents that delivered measurable outcomes for real-world business use cases.
- Strong Python engineering skills, including APIs, testing, code reviews, and clean design.
- Practical experience with LLM application patterns, including agents and tool use, prompting, and/or RAG.
- Hands-on experience building and operating cloud services on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including storage, identity and access management, monitoring, and either a managed ML platform or container platform.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, scaling, and production operations.
- Ownership mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach to identifying opportunities, translating business needs into technical solutions, and delivering iteratively.
- Strong communication skills for explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and guiding teams and clients through adoption.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS services such as S3, IAM, CloudWatch, SageMaker, ECS, or EKS.
- Background in startups or high-growth environments.
- Experience in B2B environments.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
