AI/GenAI - ML Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, training, and evaluation.
• Deploy, monitor, analyze, and optimize machine learning models in production.
• Integrate LLMs and VLMs into applications and develop RAG systems for knowledge-intensive use cases.
• Design and deploy LLM-based AI agents for automation, customer support, and interactive applications.
• Experiment with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embedding generation, and other LLM techniques.
• Document models, pipelines, and APIs; participate in code reviews, follow AI development best practices, and mentor junior AI engineers.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of experience developing AI/GenAI solutions and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Strong understanding of traditional machine learning algorithms, including regression, decision trees, support vector machines, and clustering.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, building and deploying AI agents, and building and deploying APIs.
• Relevant certification required, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty.
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong desire to learn, and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• Certified Data Science Practitioner.
