Test Engineer II (RF)

Location: Syracuse, NY, United States; on-site

Salary: $76,202–$127,003 per year, with a possible annual or quarterly bonus and shift premium for eligible alternative shifts.

What you will do

• Lead test development for passive and active RF products through qualification and production.
• Analyze electrical test requirements for RF, mixed-signal, and power circuits.
• Design test fixtures and circuitry for automated testing.
• Develop and modify test-platform and data-analysis software using LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, MATLAB, Excel/VBA, or other programming languages.
• Write qualification and acceptance test procedures demonstrating how customer requirements are met.
• Support continuous improvement and IRAD projects, collaborate across engineering, project management, and operations, and present test data to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Technology.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Programming skills in LabVIEW, C, MATLAB, VBA, or other programming languages.
• Knowledge of RF, mixed-signal, or power circuits.
• Ability to design experiments, analyze data, conduct structured problem solving, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Self-motivated, hands-on work approach.
• Must have a current security clearance or be able to obtain one; US citizenship is generally required by the US Government.
• Must comply with TTM export-control policies and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements, including restrictions on access to ITAR products and technical data.

Nice to have

• Experience with RF test equipment such as network and signal analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
