Production Supervisor (CNC Machining)

What you will do

• Supervise daily machining and CNC production operations against production schedules.
• Achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Monitor machining performance and address production constraints.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling teams to resolve equipment, process, and quality issues.
• Improve cycle time, scrap, downtime, tooling performance, and overall machining efficiency.
• Coach and develop production employees.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, including previous exposure to machining or CNC operations.
• Previous experience leading production teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with CNC machining, machining centers, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, tooling, machining parameters, and equipment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.
• Experience managing output, scrap, downtime, cycle time, and quality performance KPIs.
• Experience with continuous improvement and root cause problem-solving.
• Knowledge of 5S, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
