Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico

What you will do

• Lead and develop the production team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Manage assigned people, materials, and equipment while ensuring the production plan is met.
• Track production KPIs, downtime, and daily production indicators, taking corrective action when needed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, delivery, and cost reduction.
• Manage personnel processes in Workday and Kronos, including onboarding, probation follow-up, payroll validation, organizational movements, terminations, and exit interviews.
• Handle employee-relations cases and delegate authority to strengthen team decision-making and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Completed professional degree.
• Knowledge of the product, failure analysis, assembly processes, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading and administering personnel.
• Knowledge of internal policies and procedures.
• Experience using Workday, Kronos, ADP, or similar systems.
• Ability to analyze, plan, make decisions, and execute with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to interpret and follow performance indicators and KPIs.
• Knowledge and application of continuous improvement tools including JIT, SPC, FMEA, QPCP, Six Sigma, 5S + 1, and VSM.

Nice to have

• Experience administering payroll and employee incidents.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and lean manufacturing.
