MBSE Systems Engineer (AI Reliability Engineering)

Location: Fully remote, with proximity to a major hirify.global facility; U.S. citizenship required.

Salary: USD $112,924.00–$125,275.00 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and integration of complex enterprise systems using MBSE methodologies.
• Develop and maintain SysML behavioral, structural, and requirements models.
• Apply MBSE across the full systems lifecycle, including stakeholder needs, functional decomposition, interface definition, and trade study analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Systems and Test Engineering and Requirements Management teams.
• Apply AI-driven approaches to MBSE for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related science, engineering, or mathematics field plus at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree plus at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with MBSE, Systems Engineering, Test Engineering, and Requirements Management.
• Experience with industry-leading MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Experience applying MBSE to complex systems throughout the full system lifecycle.
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance obtainable within a reasonable time and eligibility for access to classified information.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
