Salary: $145,200.96–$187,687.74 projected compensation range.

What you will do

• Develop, analyze, and manage mission, operational, system, interface, and cybersecurity requirements throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop mission engineering architectures and model-based artifacts connecting operational scenarios, mission threads, systems, interfaces, simulations, and data sources.
• Use MBSE tools, SysML, and UAF to create behavioral, structural, parametric, requirements, and interface models.
• Support the transition to an integrated, model-centric digital engineering environment and authoritative source of truth.
• Model and assess the integration of mission systems, sensors, payloads, networks, hardware, software, and simulation environments.
• Support LVC environments and automated modeling and simulation workflows, technical reviews, verification, traceability, risk assessment, and model-based recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10–12 years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 8–10 years, or PhD with 5–7 years.
• Expert-level capability with system and enterprise modeling tools and experience developing behavioral, structural, parametric, requirements, and interface models.
• Demonstrated experience with Dassault Systèmes Cameo Systems Modeler and/or Cameo Enterprise Architect, SysML, UAF, and OOSEM.
• Experience with MBSE architecture development and requirements traceability.
• Experience in mission engineering, systems-of-systems engineering, operational architecture development, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience with modeling and simulation, preferably including LVC environments.
• Must possess and maintain an active Secret security clearance.
• Strong understanding of mission engineering principles, operational analysis, systems-of-systems integration, and digital engineering practices.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, define technical objectives, collaborate with technical and government stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
