What you will do
- Plan, direct, and monitor computer operations to maximize the use of information-processing systems and IT resources.
- Prioritize and schedule computer operations and workflow to optimize processing equipment and resource capacity.
- Analyze production, maintenance, and malfunction records; recommend procedural, workflow, or equipment changes to improve performance.
- Research and recommend equipment purchases that enhance computer operations capabilities.
- Lead, evaluate, and develop computer operations staff against production targets and operating budgets.
- Coordinate with functional and operational managers, and manage vendor and supplier relationships for operational services.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent education of approximately 13 years.
- Minimum 7 years of experience.
