Senior Facility Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite five days a week in Menominee, Michigan, United States. Domestic relocation assistance is available. The role may require up to 10% travel.

Salary: $172,630.00–$258,950.00 per year.

What you will do

• Lead coupling manufacturing, hose assembly, warehousing, and distribution operations for the Menominee Campus.
• Develop and execute strategic and long-term operational plans covering growth, customer demand, capacity, inventory, and cost competitiveness.
• Improve safety, quality, productivity, customer service, employee engagement, and operational performance through continuous improvement.
• Build, coach, and develop a leadership team of 10 direct reports while strengthening succession planning and organizational capability.
• Lead digital transformation, automation, capital investment, and data-driven initiatives to improve productivity and capacity.
• Partner with business leaders, customers, suppliers, community stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage risk and ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, distribution, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing, organizational change, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, problem-solving, safety culture, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk management.
• Knowledge of performance management techniques and experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to analyze organizational problems, identify root causes, develop solutions, and plan and organize resources systematically.

Nice to have

• Experience leading complex manufacturing and distribution operations and large-scale production, assembly, and warehouse environments.
• Experience with capital planning and investment execution.
• Knowledge of the hirify.global Production System, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent operating systems.
• Experience leading digital manufacturing and operational technology initiatives.
• Strong change management and organizational development skills.
