Senior Finance Analyst (GTM Finance)

Location: Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Bellevue, WA

Base salary: $108,000–$143,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits based on eligibility.

What you will do

• Review pricing requests and support the structuring and evaluation of commercial proposals.
• Build financial models and assess deal economics, financial outcomes, P&L impacts, scenarios, and margins.
• Provide Account Executives, Account Managers, and Revenue leadership with clear, actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Identify solutions that balance customer needs with CoreWeave’s strategic and financial objectives.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue stakeholders to support accurate, thoughtful deal decisions.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in deal desk, financial analysis, sales finance, FP&A, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including building and interpreting P&Ls, scenario models, and margin analyses.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise, actionable guidance.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and ability to assess trade-offs and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing competing priorities.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must satisfy applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements: be a U.S. person, be eligible to access the information without authorization, or be eligible and reasonably likely to obtain the required authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting sales organizations or customer-facing teams.
• Experience evaluating and structuring commercial contracts, pricing proposals, or non-standard deal terms.
• Exposure to revenue recognition or cross-functional work with Legal and Accounting.
• Experience in cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure-as-a-service environments.
• Familiarity with GPU-based compute, cloud economics, or infrastructure cost drivers.
• Experience creating or improving deal desk processes, approval workflows, or pricing frameworks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and pricing tools.
