Business Continuity Coordinator (Financial Services)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid way of working

Salary: €4,500–€5,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Support the organisation and BCM coordinators in maintaining and improving business continuity management.
• Improve Business Impact Analyses, deliver crisis training, and prepare crisis exercises with relevant departments.
• Contribute to the annual BCM plan, schedule activities, monitor completion, and report quarterly to the Business Continuity Committee.
• Monitor BCM-related laws and regulations, including DORA, and coordinate gap analyses and action plans.
• Maintain escalation matrices, Crisis Management Team information, and group-wide BCM documentation.
• Train crisis teams and conduct exercises for senior-management, Executive Board, and operational crisis teams.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate organisation and/or financial services provider.
• At least higher professional education at HBO level or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaborative, flexible, and results-oriented skills.
• Strong spoken and written Dutch and English.

Nice to have

• BCM certification such as BCI, DRI, or ISO 22301 auditor/practitioner.
• Knowledge of and experience in process management and IT.
