Global EHS Systems Coordinator

Location: Hybrid role based at the Stainland plant, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Ensure Intelex and other regional EHS applications are available and support users with day-to-day queries and issues.
• Monitor SIMON tickets, facilitate system training and refresher sessions, and support the creation of safety training and communication content.
• Champion data quality and integrity, identifying records that require review by division safety professionals.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, and trend analysis for the region.
• Follow up on corrective actions and inspections, liaising with users and leaders to ensure timely completion to the required standard.
• Maintain SharePoint safety content and develop systems to improve end-user experience, process efficiency, and business value.

Requirements

• Experience working with health and safety management systems, such as Intelex.
• Experience with Microsoft applications, mainly Excel.
• Knowledge of health and safety is desirable; IOSH Managing Safely knowledge is noted.
• Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, decision-making, planning, process management and improvement, and results-driven work.
• Ability to focus on customers, influence, innovate, engage and inspire, establish trust, listen, build relationships, and collaborate.
