Finance Systems Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Finance processes and resolve system, process, and data-related issues.
• Act as the key contact for Finance system queries, managing incidents and service requests with IT and external partners.
• Identify improvements to Finance processes, controls, and system utilisation.
• Support Finance master data governance, data quality initiatives, audit compliance, system enhancements, upgrades, and testing.
• Deliver user training, maintain process documentation, and support global Finance teams through system changes and rollouts.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent; qualified or part qualified.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a comparable ERP system.
• Experience with ERP implementations, system testing, change management activities, and user support.
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
• Experience investigating and resolving system, process, and data-related issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills across Finance, IT, and business teams.
• Understanding of master data governance, financial controls, and process standardisation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience within manufacturing and/or a multi-entity global organisation.
