What you will do

• Lead and develop supply chain professionals across multiple US manufacturing sites.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate purchasing activities for materials, products, and services.
• Manage suppliers, purchase orders, order maintenance, and supplier issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and monitor delivery, quality, responsiveness, pricing, and service performance.
• Negotiate supplier contracts, payment terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
• Drive procurement improvements, audits, team goals, compliance, and alignment with finance, operations, engineering, planning, and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience and 5+ years of manager or supervisor experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, documentation, writing, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work as a reliable and effective team member with minimal supervision and coordinate multiple facets of the operation.
• Ability to perform the stated physical activities, including hearing, talking, seeing, and sitting, standing, and walking as specified.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Supply Management.
• Strong familiarity with ERP/procurement systems and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
• Strong familiarity with Defense and Aerospace procurement.
• Analytical skills for spend analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment.
