Execution Project Manager

Location: Saint Laurent sur Sèvre, France; projects cover Europe and Central Asia, with on-site activities and travel up to 50% of the time.

hirify.global operates a Saint Laurent sur Sèvre site of around 170 people specializing in robotic palletizing systems and equipment lifecycle performance.

What you will do

• Manage new equipment projects from order intake through project closure against safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Analyze customer needs and contract specifications and act as the main customer contact for technical and organizational matters.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and secure the required skills, people, and tools.
• Control equipment, external supply, shipping, installation, and commissioning contracts and costs.
• Anticipate risks, implement mitigation actions, and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Plan, monitor, and report project progress while keeping stakeholders and project information systems up to date.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in industrial project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, plus experience with an ERP such as SAP.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, curiosity, collaboration, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage several projects and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in the beverage industry.
• A third language.
• PMI certification.
