ESG Performance & Reporting Manager (ESG)

What you will do

• Coordinate the Group’s ESG action plan, including owners, milestones, performance indicators, progress monitoring, and implementation support.
• Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of ESG data across functions and geographies.
• Develop dashboards and management reports to track progress against ESG targets.
• Improve data quality, governance, traceability, and audit readiness.
• Lead EcoVadis, CDP, and other ESG assessments and disclosures, and translate findings into prioritized improvement actions.
• Contribute to Group-level ESG reporting, GRI and CSRD frameworks, external assurance, certifications, audits, client RFIs, and RFPs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a top university, business school, or engineering school.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, CSR, reporting, or data analysis.
• Good knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and disclosure requirements.
• Strong data management, analysis, and visualization skills.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Ability to translate data and assessment findings into clear, measurable action plans.
• Rigorous and autonomous working style, with the ability to work in an international and matrixed organization.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience preparing EcoVadis and/or CDP submissions.
• French language skills.
