Senior Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid role based in Sophia-Antipolis, France, with four days per week in the office; travel is not expected.

What you will do

• Oversee project delivery from intake through handover, focusing on long-term, multi-resource, and cross-team projects.
• Identify project resources and work with team managers to configure the appropriate expert teams.
• Define and validate deliverables and scope, then safeguard scope throughout delivery.
• Implement reporting with team managers using Salesforce, Mantis, PMDB, and internal tools.
• Coordinate intra-team work and strategic relationships with Marketing, TAMs, and Professional Services.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate project risks, delays, and scope deviations.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, demands, and timelines using analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding negotiation, oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with typical technical team activities.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, PMI, or Sigma, or equivalent work-related experience with a minimum of five years.
• BAC+2 or equivalent work-related experience with a minimum of five years.
