Data & Transformation Project Manager, EMEA (AI)

What you will do

• Lead EMEA data, innovation, transformation, artificial intelligence, and automation projects from scoping through measurable business impact.
• Optimize data tools and processes and improve the real estate data lifecycle from entry and capture through reporting and business use.
• Structure and maximize data value for Business, Research, Business Intelligence, and Transaction Services teams.
• Investigate, validate, resolve, and continuously improve data quality.
• Deploy new tools and processes through training, communication plans, stakeholder alignment, and tailored change-management approaches.
• Coordinate with Research, Data, Innovation, and business teams and report progress, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and steering committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Project Management, Data applied to Business, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of successful experience in commercial real estate, consulting, data project management, or operational roles, including regular use of AI tools applied to business processes.
• Independent experience leading transformation or change-management projects and tool or process adoption across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Solid understanding of data models and structures, with working knowledge of SQL for independent querying, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical data issues into clear business-relevant language.
• Curiosity about automation and AI, with practical experience identifying and piloting use cases such as workflow automation, AI-assisted data entry or quality assurance, and RPA.
• Excellent organization and coordination skills, ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, and outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment; native-level French and professional English at B2–C1 level required.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior data or analytics staff, good understanding of the French commercial real estate market, and familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics tools including Power BI, SQL, and Power Automate.
