Retail Systems Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Dublin, Co. Dublin, Ireland; office-based at THREE The Green, Dublin.

What you will do

• Provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central, eCommerce platforms, and associated retail technologies.
• Manage integrations between ERP, eCommerce, reporting platforms, and third-party solutions, maintaining data integrity and business continuity.
• Resolve application, integration, and operational issues through troubleshooting, prioritisation, escalation management, and root cause analysis.
• Support merchandising and retail operations covering inventory, pricing, promotions, product hierarchy, POS, and back-office processes.
• Gather requirements, analyse business needs, and translate them into scalable solutions and process improvements with business stakeholders and SMEs.
• Coordinate enhancements, testing, releases, upgrades, vendor discussions, stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, including a proven track record of leading multi-site retail operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Advanced report-writing and analytical abilities for requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping.
• Excellent networking and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of retail processes, including inventory control, pricing, promotions, and replenishment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, commercial, and financial skills.

Nice to have

• Previous airport travel retail experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Navision or Business Central.
• Dynamics 365 certification.
• Knowledge of Greek or Portuguese.
