TL;DR
Senior Business Systems Analyst (SAP S/4HANA): Designing and delivering SAP-enabled process improvements for Quality Management and Batch Management across manufacturing, supply chain, and connected systems with an accent on process standardization, system optimization, and integration. Focus on leading SAP implementations, designing business processes, supporting SAP QM integrations, and deploying solutions across global sites.
Location: Ballina, Ireland; travel of up to 20% may be required across Europe and North America.

What you will do
- Lead SAP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects for Quality Management and Batch Management.
- Gather requirements and lead process design workshops and business improvement initiatives.
- Provide functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management and Batch Management.
- Support integration of SAP QM with SAP MM, PP, EWM, and SD.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, IT teams, vendors, and consultants.
- Support testing, training, change management, system deployments, and site activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in business analysis, SAP functional consulting, or related roles.
- At least 5 years of SAP QM functional experience.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA Quality Management expertise, including implementation experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of quality management processes in manufacturing operations and experience supporting manufacturing and supply chain processes in regulated environments.
- Ability to work with global stakeholders and travel up to 20% for deployments, workshops, training, and site support.
Nice to have
- SAP Quality Management certification.
- Experience with MES, SAP-MES integration, EBR, manufacturing traceability, and Industry 4.0.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, SAP Fiori, or SAP Analytics solutions.
- Experience with Computer System Validation and GxP environments.
