Software Engineer (League of Legends)

What you will do

• Build interfaces, tools, services, and pipelines for creating, updating, validating, testing, scheduling, and shipping live game content.
• Add schema validation, previews, and automated checks to identify configuration issues before release.
• Support localization and asset workflows, environment promotion, publishing, change visibility, and recovery for live updates.
• Partner with content coordinators, Product, QA, and engineers to reduce manual and error-prone work.
• Write unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, and participate in the on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a full stack software engineer.
• Experience working with Python and developing software with C++.
• Experience building internal tools, content-management systems, configuration systems, or workflows with validation and testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation, operational best practices, automated builds, software packaging, automated deployments, logging, monitoring, and automated alerting.
• Experience shipping and operating a live game or another globally distributed consumer product.
• Familiarity with League of Legends or strong motivation to learn the game and its player experience.
