Business Change Lead Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Milano Headquarter, Italy; hybrid working model

Base pay: €42,759–€50,324 gross per year, under the Commercio collective agreement, level 2°.

What you will do

• Develop and implement change management plans covering communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead change activities for procurement programme initiatives across the Southern Europe & Africa region.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships, represent business change within the programme team, and influence without formal authority.
• Develop targeted communications and oversee training content development and delivery with subject matter experts.
• Lead hypercare and post-implementation support to embed new ways of working.
• Measure change effectiveness through metrics and colleague feedback.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience using change management methods.
• Strong communication, presentation, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to build stakeholder credibility and relationships through tailored messaging and negotiation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity and change.
• Ability to lead and develop others through active listening, questioning, constructive feedback, and coaching.
