Nyx PMO (Spacecraft)

The Exploration Company is developing the Nyx spacecraft for future human spaceflight missions.

What you will do

• Support the preparation and integration of Nyx project and program schedules.
• Collect schedule inputs from Project Managers and consolidate them into coherent planning views.
• Maintain activity progress, milestones, dependencies, and tracking data.
• Follow up with stakeholders to resolve missing or inconsistent information and support schedule reviews.
• Prepare progress overviews and inputs for program reviews, raising schedule risks, delays, dependencies, and conflicts.
• Improve PMO processes, templates, reporting routines, and consistent planning practices across Nyx locations.

Requirements

• First experience in project management, program management, PMO, planning, engineering coordination, or a similar environment.
• A degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
• Good working knowledge of spreadsheets and willingness to learn scheduling and project-management tools.
• Ability to collect, organize, and communicate information clearly.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies, raise risks early, and support the resolution of planning issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Genuine interest in space exploration and complex technical programs.
• Professional fluency in English.
