What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end apparel product creation from concept to commercialization, including timelines, deliverables, seasonal calendars, critical paths, and go-to-market milestones.
• Coordinate collaboration across Design, Product Management, Development, Sourcing, Quality, and Operations, providing follow-ups, documentation, and status updates.
• Support range reviews, development meetings, fitting sessions, and launch readiness activities.
• Lead the development and sourcing of fabrics, trims, labels, packaging, and other material components against product, quality, and cost requirements.
• Partner with Design and Product Development on material solutions, and manage relationships with fabric mills, suppliers, and development partners.
• Ensure materials meet quality, testing, compliance, and sustainability standards while monitoring textile innovation, market trends, and sustainable material opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Management, Material Science, Product Development, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in fabric, material, trim development, sourcing, or product development within the fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong knowledge of textile construction, fibers, yarns, knitting, weaving, dyeing, printing, washing, and finishing processes.
• Experience managing fabric mills, trim suppliers, and global sourcing partners.
• Understanding of product creation calendars, critical path management, and apparel manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with PLM, ERP, and material management systems.
• Knowledge of textile testing standards, product compliance, and sustainability certifications.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
