Accounts Payable Accountant, Global Finance Operations (Thailand Speaker)

What you will do

• Process and validate daily invoices accurately and on time.
• Perform 3-way and 2-way matching of purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and invoice holds, analyze aging and open goods-receipt reports, and resolve pending issues.
• Handle inquiries from complex suppliers and stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve invoice and payment issues.
• Review and reconcile supplier statements against company records and prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support accounts payable activities, continuous improvement initiatives, ongoing projects, compliance requirements, and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Thai speaker with at least 2 years of accounting experience specifically in Accounts Payable.
• Strong understanding of financial software and ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud or SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of the Source-to-Pay business process, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliation and reporting.
• Sound judgment and ability to make logical, fact-based decisions when handling complaints and confidential or sensitive issues.
• Ability to influence, coordinate, and manage the efforts of others, build trusted relationships across organizational levels, multitask, and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
