Revenue Accountant

Location: Manila, Philippines; right to work in the Philippines is required.

What you will do

• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with ASC 606.
• Prepare revenue-related reconciliations and reports.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Analyze revenue transactions and review customer contracts for their accounting implications.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams on revenue accounting matters.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience with revenue close and account reconciliations.
• Understanding of contract assets, contract liabilities, and deferred revenue.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion and RMCS.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and internal compliance requirements.
• Ability to review and interpret customer contracts and revenue implications.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Satisfactory background and reference checks and proof of the right to work in the Philippines are required.
