General Accountant (Semiconductor)

Location: Manila, Philippines; successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of the right to work in the Philippines are required.

What you will do

• Maintain Lattice’s primary and statutory books and support consolidated accounting activities.
• Prepare month-end close journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reviews, and comparative analyses.
• Manage SOX compliance documentation, policy adherence, and local accounting compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and with third-party accounting and payroll providers.
• Manage the full accounting process, process Concur employee reimbursements, and handle ad hoc requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical accounting background with thorough knowledge of US GAAP.
• Strong, disciplined work-paper preparation skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues effectively to finance and non-finance personnel at all levels of a global organization.
• Ability to lead meetings and work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing competing deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Self-driven, with initiative to learn systems.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with Oracle, BlackLine, and Concur; Oracle ERP experience is preferred.
• Sales office accounting experience.
