Payroll Accountant (Workday)

Location: Manila, Philippines. Right to work in the Philippines is required.

What you will do

• Extract, validate, and submit monthly payroll data from Workday to the third-party payroll processor.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Process and release employee RSU vested payments and related payroll transactions.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in payroll processing, payroll accounting, or payroll administration.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.
• Successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of the right to work in the Philippines are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, equity compensation programs including RSUs, and third-party payroll providers.
