People Operations Intern (AI)

Location: Marbella, Spain; hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote after onboarding. European legal working status is required.

What you will do

• Support HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, contracts, and related processes.
• Collect job descriptions, project information, and documentation for R&D processes.
• Support international employees with immigration documentation, appointments, and administrative follow-ups.
• Coordinate employee-related activities, update HR systems, and organize internal documentation.
• Learn existing processes and contribute ideas for improving daily People Operations work.

Requirements

• Currently studying Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Interest in Human Resources and working with people.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, motivation, and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
