HR Generalist - V.I.E - Spain (H/F/X)

What you will do

• Support talent acquisition activities, recruitment coordination, pipeline visibility, and external partner follow-up.
• Maintain HR reporting trackers and ensure data quality, consistency, and regular updates.
• Prepare meeting materials, pre-reads, structured notes, and follow-up trackers for HRBP and management meetings.
• Coordinate stakeholders, collect data, and draft implementation plans for Group-driven HR and organizational design projects.
• Support employee experience, talent management, training coordination, local HR events, feedback collection, and completion tracking.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Interest in HR operations, recruitment, transformation projects, people data, and employee experience.
• Structured and reliable approach to managing trackers, reporting files, and follow-up actions.
• Ability to work with different stakeholders and adapt communication in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• V.I.E. eligibility: citizen of an EEA Member State; must not be a citizen of Spain unless holding dual citizenship with another EEA Member State; must not have recently lived in Spain or paid taxes there; age 18–28; must not have previously completed a V.I.E.; clean record required.

Hiring process
