Professional Services Consultant II (Networking/Security)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; remote work indicated by the posting, with up to 40% travel.

What you will do

• Translate customer business requirements and pain points into actionable implementation projects.
• Deliver installation services, upgrades, refreshes, and technical leadership for NIOS, UniversalDDI, and hirify.global Threat Defense.
• Create project technical documentation and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a customer satisfaction score of 95 or above.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve customer discovery, services scoping, proposals, and pre-sales engagement.
• Mentor customers and Skilled to Secure partners on hirify.global technology and implementation best practices.
• Build relationships with regional Professional Services, Support, and Sales teams and contribute to the Professional Services knowledge base.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional services delivery and consulting.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to present in internal and external meetings.
• Customer-centric mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (BA or BS), or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, BlueCat, or Palo Alto Networks.
• Experience with SaaS networking or software security.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Technical knowledge of security concepts, implementations, or products.
