What you will do

• Lead façade structural and performance evaluations, including wind, thermal, and condensation analyses.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, and design recommendations.
• Lead small to mid-sized projects and selected components of larger projects, contributing to planning, scheduling, and technical decisions.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and fabrication partners to deliver façade solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns and support technical learning and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in façade engineering or building envelope design.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar modeling platforms.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Initiative to mentor others and contribute to technical excellence.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering.
