3rd Shift Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Fort Smith, Arkansas, United States; third shift from 10:45 pm to 6:45 am, Monday–Friday. Candidates must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

hirify.global's NEMA Motors Division manufactures electric NEMA motors across seven global manufacturing locations, producing more than 1.6 million motors annually.

What you will do

• Coordinate plant equipment, personnel, production processes, schedules, demand volumes, inventory service levels, quality, productivity, and budgeted costs.
• Prepare departmental schedules, manage timekeeping and HR-related tasks, and act as backup supervisor when needed.
• Identify production deficiencies and implement equipment, facility, and process improvements.
• Lead employee training, enforce company policies, and maintain a fair, consistent, and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance while collaborating on critical product and equipment issues and problem-solving initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience, or an associate's degree and at least 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED and at least 6 years of experience.
• Existing US work authorization that permits employment with hirify.global is required.

Nice to have

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification.
• Experience with Shopfloor Display, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP, Workday, or Kronos.
