Associate Operations Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States. Onsite, 2nd shift: 3:00 pm–11:15 pm, Monday–Friday.

What you will do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for a production area and deliver safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Supervise approximately 25 production employees through coaching, training, feedback, and development.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to meet customer requirements and production schedules.
• Partner with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and other functions to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor operational metrics, prepare reports, and support data-driven decisions.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, Lean manufacturing, policy compliance, and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of operations, manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Leadership, team lead, supervisory, or people management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong communication skills for presenting information, writing reports, and collaborating across functions and leadership levels.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for operational data and reporting.
• Ability to analyze data, solve operational problems, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
