Inventory Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Singapore City, Singapore; full-time onsite role.

What you will do

• Refine inventory management workflows and implement policies that improve accuracy and inventory turnover.
• Reduce holding costs while maintaining reliable logistics operations and accurate inventory data.
• Lead the team, design training programs, and improve team capability, productivity, and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain information transparency and operational coordination.
• Develop corrective actions for warehousing challenges and drive continuous process improvements.
• Propose solutions that improve warehouse efficiency, service quality, standardization, and competitiveness.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin, including speaking, reading, and writing, is required for communication with internal teams and external partners.
