Senior Staff Procurement Professional (Optical Components)

What you will do

• Ensure uninterrupted material supply for new product introductions and high-volume production, including optical components.
• Monitor material shortages and supply constraints, using data to identify risks and coordinate cross-functional mitigation plans.
• Manage relationships with optics and optical component suppliers and lead business reviews focused on performance, cost, and value.
• Execute purchase orders and coordinate with contract manufacturers to meet demand and delivery commitments.
• Drive cost reduction through volume leverage, process improvements, supplier negotiations, and supply-chain risk management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Direct experience managing an optics or optical technology supplier base, including supplier qualification, contract negotiation, or capacity planning.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning in the optics industry.
• Experience with global supplier management; APAC experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume ramps for CPO, NPO, optical modules, and new product introductions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
