Warehouse Inbound Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Supervise, lead, coach, and support warehouse staff.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, inventory, and shipment processes.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily warehouse activities to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Communicate with transporters and resolve shipment issues with transport partners.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse team leader role or transport management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English in speaking, reading, and writing is required.

Nice to have

• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
