Company

hirify.global is a global travel company connecting travelers, partners, and advertisers through consumer brands, a B2B network, and travel advertising products.

What you will do

  • Define and lead the end-to-end experience vision for Ads measurement, reporting, and insights from early concepts through launch.
  • Design clear, actionable experiences for attribution, incrementality, campaign performance, budget pacing, dashboards, reports, and large datasets.
  • Build scalable data visualization patterns, reusable components, and data-driven narratives for advertiser, executive, and internal audiences.
  • Explore AI and agentic experiences that surface insights, explain performance, and recommend next steps.
  • Use research synthesis, interactive code-based prototypes, and technical collaboration to select and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and Sales while shaping strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.

Requirements

  • Degree in User Experience Design or a related design field, or equivalent professional experience, plus 10+ years of professional experience in UX design, product design, or a related field.
  • Portfolio covering the full product lifecycle from concept to release, including team context, thought process, outcomes, pivots, and examples of data-rich or information-dense experiences.
  • Proven experience designing data visualization, dashboards, reporting, analytics, or other information-dense products that make complex data clear and actionable.
  • Experience turning product requirements into design strategy; mapping customer journeys; and using user stories and personas to guide decisions.
  • Experience creating deliverables at multiple fidelities, with emphasis on interactive, code-based prototypes.
  • Experience using and contributing to design systems and shared component libraries.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content, and Research.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous, greenfield problem spaces; strong written and verbal communication; and ability to present and defend design decisions.
  • Strong attention to visual detail and working knowledge of current design tools such as Figma and agentic prototyping tools such as Claude or Cursor; experience using emerging AI tools thoughtfully without reducing quality.

Nice to have

  • Background in information design, data visualization, analytics, measurement, or business intelligence products, including fintech, ad tech, marketing technology, or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with data visualization tools or libraries such as D3, Observable, Tableau, or Looker, or a front-end or design engineering background.
  • Familiarity with attribution, incrementality, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Experience designing B2B, self-serve, enterprise, agentic, or AI-powered tools for business users who are not data specialists.
  • Experience working with UX researchers and data scientists, designing for internationalization, localization, accessibility, multiple devices, webviews, and browsers, or presenting to executive audiences.
  • Advertising industry experience is a plus but not required.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work with a tech-native design team and cross-functional Ads organization in the Seattle headquarters.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and an Employee Assistance Program.
  • Wellness and travel reimbursement, travel discounts, and International Airlines Travel Agent Network membership.
  • Inclusive and accessible recruiting and work environment with accommodation support available during the recruiting process.
