Senior Trainer (Automotive)

Location: Fort Lauderdale and Sanford, Florida, United States; in-person training at designated learning hubs and periodic travel of up to 50% are required.

What you will do

• Facilitate interactive in-person training at learning hubs and virtual sessions for remote associates.
• Deliver operational courses covering automotive sales and service, product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Assess associate performance through quizzes, role-plays, simulations, and other evaluation methods.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with training, learning and development, instructional design, and operational teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Coordinate travel, scheduling, materials, and venues for training events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or business administration, or relevant work experience.
• Proven experience delivering training sessions.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with virtual training platforms and multimedia tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Workday Learning.
• Willingness to travel periodically, up to 50%.

• Experience delivering training in the automotive industry.
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
• Ability to adapt training content for diverse learning styles and skill levels.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience in a training environment.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing training effectiveness and identifying improvement areas.
