Enterprise Risk Associate (Fintech)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States; onsite

Salary: $55,000–$75,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus targets of 5% cash and 5% restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Establish and monitor key risk indicators and key performance indicators, including automating their calculation and monitoring.
• Report tolerance breaches and track related action plans and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with Risk and business units to document and track operational risk assessments, enterprise risks, controls, issues, remediation plans, and loss events.
• Review bank reporting to maintain complete and accurate risk data.
• Improve enterprise risk management processes and support governance, senior management reporting, and board committee reporting.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the financial services or brokerage industry.
• 2–5 years of risk management experience within the financial services or brokerage industry.
• College degree, preferably in accounting, economics, or finance, or equivalent experience.
• Risk management designations.
• FINRA licenses 7, 63, and 24 are preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening, is required.
