VIP Host (iGaming)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $68,000–$85,000 USD base salary annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.

What you will do

• Build strong, authentic relationships with VIP players and generate new business revenue.
• Manage player relationships through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Recommend relevant games, promotions, channels, and platforms based on player needs and market knowledge.
• Compile player feedback to support platform improvements and identify opportunities.
• Follow VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make quick, confident decisions based on data and trends.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.
